1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver orders across all Emirates — including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
Please ensure your full address and contact details are correct when placing an order to avoid delivery delays.


2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your location and product availability.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Remote area deliveries may take slightly longer.

We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible and will notify you if any delay occurs.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery: Orders above AED 200 qualify for free delivery within the UAE.

  • Standard Delivery Fee: AED 15 for orders below AED 200.
    Shipping costs (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.


4. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed:

  1. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your order details.

  2. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

  3. You will be notified when your order is shipped, along with tracking information if available.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE for your convenience.
Please ensure you have the exact payment amount ready upon delivery. The courier may not carry change.


6. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, some factors — such as weather conditions, courier delays, or incomplete addresses — may cause delays.
If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us and our team will assist promptly.


7. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, a link or tracking number will be shared via email or SMS once your package has been dispatched.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us immediately at hello@picksquick.com.
We will investigate the issue and offer a suitable solution such as replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. International Shipping

At this time, PicksQuick.com ships only within the United Arab Emirates.
We plan to expand international shipping options in the near future.
