2. Don’t Have a Tracking Number Yet?

If you haven’t received your tracking details yet, please don’t worry.
Processing usually takes 1 to 2 working days after payment confirmation.
You will be notified automatically once your order is shipped.

3. Typical Delivery Time

Delivery time varies based on your location within the UAE:

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 2–3 working days

  • Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain: 3–5 working days
    Delays may occur during weekends, holidays, or due to courier factors beyond our control.

4. Order Status Definitions

  • Processing: Your order is being prepared for dispatch.

  • Shipped: Your order has been handed over to the courier.

  • Out for Delivery: The courier is on the way to deliver your package.

  • Delivered: Your package has been successfully delivered to the provided address.

5. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us with your Order Number so we can assist you promptly.
We’ll coordinate with the courier to locate and resolve any delivery issues.
